KAYLI WAITE

      Kayli Waite uplifted her roots from a small southwestern Montana town over a decade

ago and has comfortably settled in beautiful southern Arizona. The year-round weather this

area offers was the leading reason her entire family decided to make the move south.

 

    Since living in Cochise County, Kayli worked in communications for the Cochise County

Sheriffs Department, alongside her husband, Deputy Waite. The opportunity to work for

Cochise County gives her a huge advantage when answering questions about location,

distance, schools, etc. Kayli has extensive knowledge of local communities and

neighborhoods from border to border. After a few years in Arizona, she returned to her

career calling, real estate.

 

    She is very proud of her large, blended family of 11 and the 3 newest additions, sweet grandchildren. Her Pomerene home is a true getaway from the hustle and bustle of life and is filled with a few pups, a couple horses, too many chickens to count and is a favorite spot for wildlife to visit.

   Kayli is also the proud owner & founder of Mad Mule Coffee Co  located in the heart of Benson. This successful little shop was planned and built in 2020 and has been a busy local spot since. It was no easy task to get this brand-new business off the ground, but she persevered and is stronger and more determined because of it. She opened the doors of Copper Lodge Realty in 2021 and is looking forward to knocking every professional goal that has been set for the next 10 years, out of the park!
